Antiderivative (not a term used to describe someone who is philosophically opposed to derivatives.)

We began by reviewing finding local extrema using the First Derivative Test.  We then discussed the process of antidifferentiation.  Try to finish problem #7 in your notes from today if you have not done so.  Homework:  p. 192 #25-31 all.  Get in the practice of taking the derivative of your answer to check your work (as opposed to using the back of the book method of checking your answers.  It doesn’t work as well on tests and quizzes.)

Have a great weekend.  Come to at least one of the six basketball games at ACS on Saturday if you have a chance.  Middle school starts around 10 or 11, JV girls play at 2, with the remaining games to be played afterward.
